Client eligibility

Prohibited jurisdictionsand activities.

AurevonPay applies jurisdictional, ownership and activity restrictions as part of its risk-based onboarding and transaction controls.

Policy statement

Where AurevonPay does not operate.

AurevonPay does not directly market to, solicit, onboard or provide services to customers located, incorporated, registered or ordinarily resident in a Restricted Jurisdiction. AurevonPay does not support account registration or fund transfers for a business that is registered in a Restricted Jurisdiction or is owned or controlled, directly or indirectly, by a director or ultimate beneficial owner who is a national or resident of a Restricted Jurisdiction.

These restrictions express AurevonPay’s business risk appetite and are not a statement that every listed jurisdiction, national or resident is subject to the same legal sanctions. Applicable sanctions are transaction- and person-specific. AurevonPay may apply broader restrictions than those required by law and may amend this policy at any time.

Important legal information

Screening is continuous.

Eligibility may be assessed at application, before activation, during periodic review and in connection with a transaction. AurevonPay may request additional information, decline an application, reject or suspend an instruction, restrict services or terminate a relationship where permitted or required.

This page is a public policy summary, not legal advice or a complete statement of every applicable prohibition. Sanctions and high-risk-jurisdiction requirements change frequently. Controls, exceptions and service availability depend on applicable law, approved procedures, products and risk assessment.
