01What is AurevonPay?+
AurevonPay is an institutional payments and settlement business being developed to help eligible organisations manage cross-border payments, foreign exchange, treasury requirements and modern settlement workflows through a coordinated operating model. Aurevon Pay Ltd., formerly known as Northera Financial Ltd., submitted its legal-name update to FINTRAC on 5 August 2026 in relation to MSB registration N300000920. The public register may continue to display the former legal name while the update is processed. FINTRAC registration is not a licence, endorsement or approval.
02What services does AurevonPay offer?+
AurevonPay is developing capabilities for cross-border business payments, foreign exchange, fiat-to-USDT settlement, treasury and liquidity coordination, API and infrastructure integration, and institutional onboarding. Availability depends on the client, use case, jurisdiction, currency, payment route, banking and liquidity arrangements, and successful compliance review. A capability shown on this website is not a guarantee that it is currently available in every market.
03Who can open an account with AurevonPay?+
The intended service is for eligible companies, financial institutions, fintech platforms, professional organisations and other institutional clients with legitimate payment or settlement needs. AurevonPay does not currently represent that accounts are available to retail consumers. Every application is assessed individually, and onboarding may be declined or restricted based on risk, jurisdiction, business activity, ownership, intended transactions or applicable law.
04How long does opening an account take?+
There is no guaranteed onboarding time. The process depends on the organisation’s structure, jurisdictions, beneficial ownership, business model, intended activity, document quality and whether enhanced due diligence is required. Providing complete and accurate information promptly can help avoid unnecessary delays. AurevonPay will confirm the applicable process and any outstanding requirements during onboarding.
