AurevonPay applies jurisdictional, ownership and activity restrictions as part of its risk-based onboarding and transaction controls.
Where AurevonPay does not operate.
AurevonPay does not directly market to, solicit, onboard or provide services to customers located, incorporated, registered or ordinarily resident in a Restricted Jurisdiction. AurevonPay does not support account registration or fund transfers for a business that is registered in a Restricted Jurisdiction or is owned or controlled, directly or indirectly, by a director or ultimate beneficial owner who is a national or resident of a Restricted Jurisdiction.
These restrictions express AurevonPay’s business risk appetite and are not a statement that every listed jurisdiction, national or resident is subject to the same legal sanctions. Applicable sanctions are transaction- and person-specific. AurevonPay may apply broader restrictions than those required by law and may amend this policy at any time.
