About this summary

This page is provided for transparency and is not a legal opinion, a substitute for AurevonPay’s internal compliance materials or a representation that every described control is active for every product. Controls and service availability depend on applicable law, approved procedures, products and risk assessment.

01

Our approach

AurevonPay intends to operate with a risk-based compliance framework proportionate to its products, clients, jurisdictions and delivery channels. Legal and regulatory requirements are considered during product design, onboarding, transaction review and ongoing operations.

02

Regulatory positioning

Aurevon Pay Ltd., formerly known as Northera Financial Ltd., submitted its legal-name update to FINTRAC on 5 August 2026 in relation to MSB registration N300000920. FINTRAC’s public register may continue to display the former legal name while the update is processed. Registration does not constitute a licence, endorsement, approval or guarantee.

03

Client and product governance

Services may be made available only after eligibility and compliance review. Proposed products, markets and material changes should be assessed before launch, with responsibilities and operational controls documented as appropriate.

04

Sanctions and prohibited activity
