Purpose and scope

This page describes Aurevon Pay Ltd.’s intended risk-based approach to preventing its services from being used for money laundering, terrorist financing, sanctions evasion or other financial crime. It is a public summary and does not replace the company’s detailed internal policies, procedures or legal obligations.

Client due diligence

Before activating services, AurevonPay may verify the identity, ownership, control structure, business activities, source of funds, expected activity and relevant jurisdictions of an applicant. Enhanced due diligence may be required where the assessed risk is higher.

Screening and monitoring

Clients, beneficial owners, counterparties, destinations and transactions may be screened or monitored using risk-based controls. AurevonPay may request further information, delay an instruction, restrict access or decline activity where permitted or required.

Records and reporting

Information and records may be retained for the periods required by applicable law. Where a reporting obligation applies, AurevonPay may submit prescribed reports to the appropriate authority and may be legally restricted from informing affected persons.

Training and governance

Personnel performing relevant duties are expected to receive role-appropriate financial-crime training and follow escalation procedures. The compliance framework is intended to be reviewed as the business, products, risks and legal requirements evolve.

Client responsibilities

Clients must provide complete, accurate and current information, use services only for lawful purposes, and promptly disclose material changes. Onboarding or registration does not guarantee acceptance of any client or transaction.
